1) No grains (that includes whole grains)
2) No dairy
3) No alcohol
4) weight training
I also do cardio and yoga, but the above list is essential for both my mental and physical health.
1) Exercise...I love being active and love not being restricted by my weight when doing something. I get cranky if I go two days without getting cardio in or keeping extremely busy by moving around
2) Nibbling. I have a hard time eating full meals since I get full so quickly. I also get hungry quickly so snacking all day instead of eating 3 meals helps me from overeating.
3)Trying a new activity once I get good at something. Right now i'm working on rollerblading. Next, zumba, while continuing to do my old activity occasionally
4)Cutting out soda. Not completely, just one to two a week. I don't really crave it anymore and haven't had one in over a month, but I allow myself the freedom for it if I want too.
5)Eating slowly and listening to my body. Not when I'm stuffed...when i'm satafied...
