    Hey!! Hopefully we will graduate together, it's getting a little cold to run, I almost can't handle it. We were at below freezing last night.

    You should also try yoga!! I really suggest it, stretching is really good for you!

    Stimkovs .... it is getting closer to my summerbreak (I'm a teacher) so I will have time to investigate yoga over the holidays ... definately going to try ...

    I always find it harder to exercise in winter I had a wee hiatus from it all then...

    the fact that you're on the other side of the world is going to make you win the c25k route. it's winter and it's really cold here, so its getting harder and harder to run

    but you should definitely consider yoga!

    now, i don't know your personal/medical situation- but if you can i HIGHLY suggest you try bikram yoga. it's very hot, and you need about 4 classes (preferably within a week) for your body to get acclimatized but it takes off CRAZY inches!!
