It averages out to 30 minutes a day for 20 days. I am going on vacation (to a nice sunny place to get away from this cold weather...BBBRRRRRRRR) for 10 days and know that I will not exercise during my vacation.
I just started running again yesterday, and I was SO OUT OF SHAPE!
