i am really sorry i should stay of the internet when i am feeling like that i am sorry i ranted i was feeling awful that day and as a result went and got drunk totally messing up my clean time well its back to basic's day 3 for me now.

Vermont - she had the baby on friday morning around 5am 2 weeks over due and a long labour but she is doing well and little baby Alex is very healthy and bonnie i will have to wait to see her as she is up north but she is coming to stay for the weekend soon, it will be so lovely to have a baby in the house again.

Ems - your doing amazing!!

I lost 4lbs this week so i am happy with that i needed a kick start!

im still getting used to this new life i dont like it but i know its what i have to do to say alive i just hope the mental illness gets better as i get healthier

really no complaints from me...believe it or not Sure wish I could bottle up my good months to keep me through winter! (damn that W word)

I got so much done yesterday, it's nuts when I have productive days. Was at work from 8-ish to after 2; got home and cut the grass; came inside and vacuumed and did dishes. Some days I come home and just plop on the couch so that was great.

I'm off meds. for mental illness. I was only tkaing a low dosage of one medicine to begin with and it's ova!

Hey everyone else... I've been up and down lately. I've decided I'm going to ask my doctor for a perscription for a light since I can't afford to replace my broken one. That way I won't pay any tax on it and I can probably get my company to pay for some or all of it.

well to day has been a bad day i feel of my chair at work and have broken my wrist i am in plaster just when things where going so well!! i am jinxed

Aunty Jam, no this is the 9th time and my brothers wife is expecting in feb so its one huge family we have lol it was my sisters 1st she is the baby of the family i look at her as my own child so this baby is special.

thanks vermont, its my left hand so i can still write im not going to go to work or a few weeks i cant type to well and i cant go climbing up scaffold like i used to
im trying to find some good in it all maybe the rest will do me good.

it was my wedding anniversary yesterday me and husband went out for a meal which was lovely.
husband and kids are going on holiday tomorrow so i am shipping in to my grandmothers for a week should be nice spending some time with her.

aaaaand I ran out of scripts, so i've been off my meds for about a month now, and am too embarrassed to make an appointment to get another. le sigh. bad summer bad!

Morning all, I'm of to the hospital to get my plaster cast changed.
Its getting me down now and iv still got another 7 weeks to go

Marie - I can sympathize! I have a finger in a splint right now... it's not broken only very badly sprained and swollen. I don't have full movement yet and it's still quite painful. I keep taking the splint off and getting carp from everyone but it is so annoying. It's my middle left finger so I always feel like I'm giving the finger to everyone.
