Super endomorphic!
EmmaD, I think you and I have basically the same body. I've been estimating my bf% during my weight loss; I started out at 168 pounds and well over 40%; I was 28% at 132 pounds; now I'm at 126 and 22-23% body fat. I'd like to get down to 18% bf; assuming I lose purely fat, that means I'll need to get to around 119 lbs.
I used to think that I built muscle easily. Don't know how I managed to get that impression. I guess I wanted to blame my fat bulk in my legs on muscles.

I estimate that I've built 2 pounds of lean body mass (if that) over the last year... and I've worked
hard.
