    60 min at the gym
    30 min cardio
    30 upper body and abs
  • 1 hour cardio
    15 minutes weights

    plus I walked home from the gym. A good half hour walk.
  • My goodness, ladies, you are all AMAZING! I am very impressed and it makes me tired just reading all your accomplishments!

    I am walking - either on treadmill or outside. I much prefer outside! Did about 40 minutes today, which I aim to do at least 4 times a week. In the spring I hope to start running again - this time without eating so much (you don't actually lose weight if you feel entitled by the run to large bowls of spaghetti and enormous muffins etc!)

  • Went for a nice swim with hubby this morning, did several laps in the pool and soaked in the whirlpool to relax some tense muscles. Pam and I are off to the gym this afternoon.
  • Hmmm. I DROVE to the gym today because of the cold. And I felt ill half-way through my work-out and came home instead of going out shopping (which I was REALLY looking forward to, so I must have honestly been sick).

    So I just burned 325 calories today. Better than nothing.

    Jan 24 will be snowshoeing with 2 GF's.

  • Went downstairs to Virginia's Gym, and did an awesome upper body. Will go to real gym tommorrow for legs.
  • 3.0 miles in 40 min on the treadmill
    total time on treadmill 43:18 (had to cool down)
    lifted weights for 30 min
    walked to and from gym, approx 1-2 blocks 1 way
    will clean my house for 2 hours today!
    WOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOO!

  • Burned 500 calories on the bike. While reading my book.
  • Just burned 500 calories at the gym. And walked home. (half hour walk)
    Burned is right... I'm BURNT!!
