My goodness, ladies, you are all AMAZING! I am very impressed and it makes me tired just reading all your accomplishments!
I am walking - either on treadmill or outside. I much prefer outside! Did about 40 minutes today, which I aim to do at least 4 times a week. In the spring I hope to start running again - this time without eating so much (you don't actually lose weight if you feel entitled by the run to large bowls of spaghetti and enormous muffins etc!)
