Went over on carbs yesterday but did well on calories. You'd think I could do both, wouldn't you? I keep telling myself there are other things to eat besides carbs...like veggies...which I love but not so much as snacks except for carrots and celery. I do eat them but get tired of them if have too often and I often have them for lunch too. And protein...again, I'm not much for it as a snack. Deli meats are good (except for sodium) but I tend to prefer them in a sandwich...I use the light ww or whole grain bread...and for a meal not a snack. Oh well, have to work on this.
Breakfast today was a Strawberry Smoothie, yummy and filling with whey protein, 1 1/3 T almonds and a little Splenda. Morning snack was a mocha (from mix and skim milk). Lunch was a deli meat sandwich with 2 t. mayo and 4 sl pickles and 5 large baby carrots on side. I think dinner will be tuna patties and lots of veggies.
Sounds like many of you are on WW? I just count calories and carbs. The carbs due to being diabetic.



Sometimes I feel like I should just go to bed when it gets dark, but doubt I could sleep.
