  • sometimes mornings can be tricky for stomachs... maybe try taking it at a different time. As long as you take it once a day i dont believe the time matters. Maybe after dinner? or with something other than water? I find that when I take mine with water... i slightly gag at the after taste...ick!
  • I was wondering if anyone else had this problem the other day. I have to take mine at the end of the night instead of in the morning. One morning I ate my usual peice of fruit for breakfast, which was an orange. Then took my one a day womens multi i instantly felt ill and vomited.
  • I tried taking those active metabolism ones, and they made me nauseous no matter how much food i had in my stomach. And I do not have a queasy stomach. Prenatals were my docs recommendation, also made me queasy. Fave new find? Chewy prenatal gummies! Love them!
  • I prefer the gummy vitamins from target... They taste great and don't make me feel nauseous... In a way it's like eating a gummy bear yum
  • i take one a day active metabolism. i would get a little queasy sometimes if i took them in the morning, but i just take them at lunchtime now. that might help, if you're eating a fuller meal.

edit- lunch for me is usually something like soup (lentil, black bean) with some rice; a veggie burger on low cal bun w/ a salad or raw veggies; tuna sandwich with veggies on the side, and some kind of fruit.
  • i also cant take a multi vitamin something in them makes me ungodly sick even when i eat first so i actually just take the vitamins i find really important for my body i take A,E a womans probiotic, coconut oil and then i drink 2 packets of the Emergen C a day! ( it has the b12 and b6 in it).
