This is my first month getting back in the grove of things, and I don't want to set myself up for failure. My goal is 30 minutes of exercise 15/30 days.

. I'm doing a combo of 30DS and Brazil Butt Lift from Beachbody to lose these hips and thighs. Also I'm inserting the C25K training in the evenings, I have my first race coming up in November, eeek! But I know I can do this and I'm so happy to have such a great support system here. 
ETA: Brazil Butt Lift is on hold for now lol
