  • This is my first month getting back in the grove of things, and I don't want to set myself up for failure. My goal is 30 minutes of exercise 15/30 days.

    Progress: 4/15
  • My goal is 20 workouts this month. I'd like at least 10 of those to incorporate some type of strength training.

    1/20: W5D2 C25K and 17 mins stairmill
  • My goal is to do 20 or more!

    1/20 35 mins elliptical 45 mins walk
  • I'm going to do 26 workouts this September!

    9.01.2010 - 1/26 60mins: P90X - Shoulders & Arms; 15mins: P90X - Ab Ripper X; 2 mile walk up hill
    9.02.2010 - 2/26 90mins: P90X - Yoga X
  • 25 out of 30 day I WILL work out. My focus is still cardio, with the goal of getting back into running.
    I must make this happen. I would ideally like 26, but 25 will be "achieving goal".

    1/25
    -35 min elliptical
    -30 min bike
  • 2/20- 35 min elliptical, 3x15 crunches, situps, and bicycles.
  • 9/1 = 20minute Turbo Jam workout
    9/2 = 30minute Hip Hop Abs Fat Burning Cardio
    9/3 = 32minutes stationary bike
  • I'm in too! I plan on 26 days this month starting Sun. the 5th. That means everyday until the end of this month, oh boy. I'm doing a combo of 30DS and Brazil Butt Lift from Beachbody to lose these hips and thighs. Also I'm inserting the C25K training in the evenings, I have my first race coming up in November, eeek! But I know I can do this and I'm so happy to have such a great support system here.

    9/5: 30DS Lvl 1 - OMG! I want to die, seriously ETA: Brazil Butt Lift is on hold for now lol
    9/6: 30DS Lvl 1/C25K W1D1 - Wasn't as bad as I thought, but I'll be sore

  • 2/25 - Running with some walking - 56 minutes. Weighted crunches/ 3 sets of 10 assisted dips
