I'm on Day 7 (Days 5-8-blue): Today - breakfast: 1 egg, 1/2 orange or 1/4 cantaloup, 1 slice breed, lunch: 4 oz meat (fish, chicken, turkey, tuna), 8 oz. salad; dinner: 4 oz. meat, 4 oz. cooked veggies, slice bread. If you can, buy the fiber beverage. It can really help when you are starving.
Good luck! I'm looking forward to the next menu, which I get to start Tuesday. I'll be able to add the meal replacement bars, I like to have a bar before working out.
