Of course, I'm back in!!!

I'm really excited for this challenge because this challenge is the closest one to my bday. It's the 17th of July, but I really want to kick butt and treat myself with a new dress for my birthday dinner or whatever I end up doing. I'm going to weigh in officially tomorrow but here are my goals:
- Lose 15 pounds, at the minimum. I know if I really stick to it this time I will be able to achieve it. I did 9 pounds this challenge and that was with me screwing up a few of the weeks right in the middle.
- drink my 90-100 ounces of water everyday
- do my 30DS every single day (except for the days I will be in Chicago, I don't think my friend would be very happy if I had to put our activities on hold to do 30DS in the hotel room! haha)
-do another 40 minutes of cardio 6 out of 7 days.
-not get too mad at myself if I slip up every once in a while
-stay under 1400-1500 calories a day.
well i think that should be it. I will weigh in tomorrow and figure out actual goal specifics then.
