Yep, me too. Same foods, different combinations, but only when I feel like it. I never get tired of my basic foods. My husband is even more set in his foods, he once ate the same sandwich rollups I made for his lunch for 3 years straight! lol. Other than the Sunday hot breakfast I made, he also eats the same breakfast everyday for over 20 years. Now that breakfast is about once a month because it is high in calories.
I also like to stick to foods that are easy to count, so I rarely eat combination foods. I like meat, veggies and wine for dinner rather than casseroles or other types of combo foods. I can count food that is separate, I can see the portion size and enjoy the food for what it is and not be tempted into overeating. For some reason, combo foods seem harder for me to find a natural "stop" with.
