    I'm on Day 24 now and really hope I can keep this up because I'm feeling great!

    Exercise is really helping me to keep motivated and not feel like stuffing myself with junk food. This morning I did 20 mins on the elliptical before my usual 25 mins swimming laps...now just need to make myself get up half an hour earlier every day to fit in a bit of cardio before my swim!

  • I would love to join the challenge. I am the queen of binge. I am starting today. I have been the type of binge eater to eat when not hungry and keep stuffing until I hurt. I eat when I am happy, eat when sad. So I thank you for the challenge.

  • I would like to join this challenge also. I'm also starting today. I have some binge issues I really need to work on so that I stop sabotaging myself. Studying is huge problem for me..open textbook and my brain triggers for mindless consumption.

  • Day 2 for me. I really binged bad on Sunday and Monday, I was sick from it and I swear I'll never stuff myself like that again, especially two days in a row. I gained 5 lbs in 2 days, I feel bloated and weighed down. It's like my mind tells me to eat like a pig and my body doesn't want want it, it's hard to explain. I normally eat only whole and natural foods and lately I have been binging on pure junk and processed crap. I have a bad reaction to every bite of processed food I eat, I get real sick. That shows me that it just is not good for you. I will not ever eat processed foods again, I learned my lesson and got it out of my system. I'm sticking with my fruit and veggies from now on!
  • Day 18 today. Overate yesterday (or at least didn't eat good healthy food--party at a professor's house instead of class--lots of treats!). But I didn't binge. I wanted to, when I got home from the party, but I didn't.
  • Welcome, Sixsarah81! And, thank you! This thread is a great motivator. I know what you mean about having binge issues. Sometimes you don't even care what you are eating or doing until you finally feel somewhat better, and then soon after that you start to feel baaaad. Let's stop this nonsense eating together.     fruitlady, I know you'll do great today! Yesterday was just a minor mishap to get you back on track and teach you how bad you feel when you stray. I'm learning whenever I want to eat, something else is really bothering me. The best thing for me to do is get out of the eating area.LOL

    I'm pround to say I'm at Day 87!

    I definitely overate 5-4 (dinner plans) but didn't binge.
  • Day 3 for me, It's going well so far. I'm finally losing some of that water weight from my two day binge. Thank goodness!
  • Day 19!! So tired today, was tired yesterday--even though I slept long enough--I don't think it was quality sleep though. anyway, I'll have to watch out, sleepy=crancky=bingey...I'll take the crancky, but I want to ditch the bingey!

  • Hi ladies I'm here! Sorry I've been kinda MIA but I was making my last and final push through finals. Was struggling a bit with not eating everything in site but didn't full out binge. I over ate some days but I knew what I was doing and didn't feel out of control. SO happy to be DONE with the semester!!! And I'm pretty confident I kicked my finals in the butt! :-) Looking forward to this summer...and actually getting a running routine going :-) Hope everyone has a fantastic day!!

    Hubby is already trying to ruin it. Last night he suggested we get pizza for dinner tonight. I told him no, and I mentioned to family that is visiting that I said no, so I have to stick to it.
