  • Good Morning, Chickies!

    I'm feeling muscles I forgot about! It's so good being back in Jazzercise. Several of my old students are still in the class. It feels like going home. <sniff> Friday is my weigh-in. I'm expecting at least a 10 pound drop after exercising for 3 days.

    Chelby- isn't it kinda of funny how your muscles will tell you how out of shape you are but I am wierd I kinda of like having that feeling if it is not too intense because I know I am working my muscles.

    Tonight going out to dinner with everyone but DD1 for Draft for NFL

  • Good morning friends. Just dropped LynnMarie off at MOthers Morning out and snce I stayed up late to clean Im having some movie and computer time. Tomorrow I am supposed to start Phase 2 and scared half to death. I am thinking if I do start, Ill start with a sweet potato for dinner!

    Mousakka sounds awesome..I married a Greek, Im supposed to know how to make it!
