One thing you may want to keep in mind, cheese is constipating.. I wouldn't eat too much of it.. I would only have hard cheese for one meal a day and not so much with the snacks. You can have cottage cheese with lunch and add your fruit at that meal to it. Or have it at breakfast with oatmeal and a HNS mixed into it.. I thought that would be awful but it is really good. You could also do cottage cheese and tomato since tomato is actually a fruit unless they don't want you to use it as a fruit only a veggie..Ronnie


The reason I'm curious about switching meals is that during orientation there was a woman in the class who worked nights and they said that for certain people who worked the night shift like nurses they would allow them to switch their meals around.
