Congrats to all of our big losers!
So last week staying up on the food journal here was a little overwhelming, so I think I'm just going to participate in the LCW thread. Now i need to get off my bum and do my am workout (its 2:15 PM). I way overslept today, again.



i was too tired. i took a nap after lunch. but i feel better now. I did get on the trampoline with the kids for a half hour after we got DD from school. so i did get some exercise and burned 330 calories....although my eating was off today....i'll try to do better tomorrow.
I'd rather have a balcony too
more views and fun than an inside room. hope you hit your goal before the july deadline
I just hope I have a loss after last week....
