While I'm typing this, I'm thinking, this is not the problem, is it Karen? The problem is remembering to drink it during your busy day - you need to put yourself on the 'patient' schedule to get your 'medicine'!!!

They did the tanita and I am down a total of 15 lbs from my start (Aug. 1), 1/2 lb of muscle, 1.5 water, and 13 pounds of FAT! I am losing inches (I think my total was around 16 or 17 inches so far) which is great. If my body keeps up this pace I should be on maint. by New Year's Eve. I'm trying not to get too discouraged and remember that this is a slow & steady process. All I want to do is workout more to help speed the weight loss but they are discouraged me from doing more at the center.
