KimL1214~ I figure my average without trying each day is somwhere around 8,000, on working days that is. breaking 10,000 on those days is a slight challenge but not bad so I guess next week I'll up it to maybe 12,000!
carrielyn~ That happened to me a bunch of times the past few days and today I noticed for the first time that I kept walking on the back bottom of my pants legs. I guess even though I havn't lost to much weight I've lost inches and my pants are dragging now lol!

ConfessorSiuan~Hang in there! The only thing that ever throughs me off track with my exercise is a cough but I've found that lots of hot liquids and AT LEAST 8-9 hours sleep a night really helps me get over it faster. Oh and taking vitamins helps too. Take care!
~~I've been doing the couch25k program for a few weeks now so the days that I run seem to help me get a lot more steps in. It was really hard at first but I'm loving it so much now that I find myself fighting the urge to go run on my off days now lol! I hate doing it on the treadmill though it gets so boring, outside is much better. Tomorrow is my gym day for lower body weights, Am I sick that I actually love working out this much?
