I logged 5 miles on the treadmill this afternoon. (I was trying to work off everything that I ate and drank last night.) I also logged 3 miles earlier this week that I didn't report. I am getting there.

Okay, I realized that today was February 15. I got on my bike and did 7 miles. I am now at 28/50 for the month. Its a short month and I realized I needed to get going...
Holy Moly where did the time go? I've been neglecting this post (and my exercise). My new treadmill comes in 2 days though, so lookout! Still going to try to get my treadmill miles in for the month.

update from the scale...down 3 pounds. I did 4.5 miles on the treadmill today and two on the bike. (I was trying to work off the Chick-fil-a nuggets)
Cakes, don't you just love knowing that you can jump on the "mill any time with having to drive somewhere or even change your clothes! This is the third treadmill I have had in 10 years. I finally got smart and spent more than $500 on one.
I did two stints on the treadmill yesterday for a total of 6 miles. Today I made it to 4 miles while watching a countdown of the fifty top child actors. I am acutally hit this months goal of 50 miles.
