Weighed in yesterday, lost 0.6 this week, my lowest loss yet. It's a little disappointing since I was about 95% on plan ( and 100% with exercise) but in the long run I'm trying to look at it as a positive, that's still 0.6 pounds I don't have. 10 weeks on the program, 21.6 pounds, so that's a good average. And as I plan to eat this way forever (making appropriate U-turns as expected after special occasions, etc) I can't be too disappointed.
My energy level is definitely up and I feel much stronger. Also 6 inches gones from my waist.

I had my screen name changed. I love the cool shades of blue and find it very serene, so I went with Blue Serenity. I decided I needed a more peaceful, calming name. My other name was "inspired" by negative feelings I was using to fuel my weight-loss efforts. I'm done with that now. I'm ready to move on!!!
