    As I understand it it just helps to give you more of the "good green" stuff that you get in veggies.
    Well I do eat my veggies but though I'd give this a try as well.
  • Anyone know if it is okay to swallow chewable multivitamins whole? They taste like crud and I would much rather just down it even though it is the size of a Buick.
  • I can't help on swallowing the chewable vitamins because I love them! I wish everything came chewable.

    And I still have yet to buy anything! It's so overwhelming and I keep promising to add it to my daily regime but just haven't gotten around to it. One day soon, I hope.

  • I take:
    Daily multi vitamin
    a B complex
    and extra C
    flax seed capsules (can't stand the fish oil ones)

    I use Puritan's Pride brand.
