In general if you really dont LIKE a food its best not to force yourself to eat it, but yes you do need more fat. Even heart patients have a minimum of about 10% fat, and most recommend at least 15-20%. Originally Posted by Rafaella

If your dentist says no nuts, how about all natural nut butters? The smooth texture should be ok with your dentist, although I dont know how available they are in chile. Here you can find them made from virtually any nut you can imagine.
Mix a little olive oil, avocado in to your tuna maybe. Or occasionally eat the egg yolk (yellow part).
Since you are looking for fat to add it is good to add the good fats (nuts, olive oil, avocado) and continue to keep your saturated fats low (from meat, dairy)
And I trim my chicken skin with scissors too!

help me

I was thinking alot about it and with the ww points, ww is actually not doing it for me as far as % go because I'm making my own choices as to how I use my points....they do recommend that you include at least 5 fruits and veg., 2 milk, 2 oils, and of course 6-8 glasses of water. other than that your on your own as to how you use the points. Fitday will at least help me to know that I'm getting the right % of fat, protein, and carbs.
