  • I missed my July goal by a long shot. I have various reasons/excuses for it. But those don't really matter. It's a new month and a fresh start. I am going for 600 minutes this month.


    30 minutes - WATP

    GROUP TOTAL 74 + 30 = 104
  • 30 min riding stationary bike (7.5 miles)

    30 + 104 = 134 minutes
  • circuit training 60 minutes

    group total - 134+60 = 194



    personal - 60/1500
  • I had to do an abbreviated weight workout today, but got in 30 minutes.

    Group total ~ 194 + 30 = 224 min

    And we're off!!
  • End of the week Entry (only 2 days are September) including tomorrows 4-mile walk...

    Group total ~ 224 + 130 = 354 min
  • walk - 60 minutes

    group total - 354 + 60 = 414



    personal - 120/1500
  • Biking 12 miles = 65 min

    Group Total~ 414 + 65 = 479


    Personal Total = 139/1000
  • 30 min elliptical

    Group total ~ 479 + 30 = 509 min
  • Two days in a row...yahoo!!

    I know many of you may do that all the time, but it's an improvement for me.

    30 min stationary biking (7.5miles)

    Group total 509 + 30 = 539 min
  • Whew. Lotsa walking in stores. I'm only counting half of it, but that still gives me 70 minutes for today.

    Group total: 539 + 70 = 609
  • Former Group Total 609 + 80 minutes of walking for me = 689 New Group Total
  • I need to add 10 to my "estimate" of todays minutes... We biked instead of my 4 mile walk and I estimate we were out for about 80mins. We went about 14 miles.

    Group Total~ 689 + 10 = 699
    Persnal Total~ 140
  • DH introduced me to racquetball. So much fun. We played for about 2 hours, so minus breaks between games, I'd say I was active for about 90 minutes today!

    Group: 699 + 90 = 789
  • 10 miles cycling.. 49min

    Group Total~ 789 + 49 = 838

    Personal Total = 188/1000
  • counting 30 min of gardening/painting/mowing

    group total = 838+30= 868
