I understand. My MIL lives with us, too, and she doesnt want to eat healthy. She wants her meats fried and she wants potatoes with everything. Have you ever smelled pierogies cooking in butter? Oh my....I was salivating! However, my desire to be healthy and slender overides my short term desire to eat a pierogie. This journey is really all about choices.....each little choice adds up to some big changes. Have you asked her not to bring those things into your home?Originally Posted by Road2Health
