Well, I did a good job all week until today. I ate lunch almost 2 hours later than usual, and by the time I ate, I was no longer in control. I did well at dinner tonight, but the only way to make up the calories would be to go to bed hungry, and I won't do that. So I'll just chalk it up to not having my plan in place and move on.

YAY for those of you who are doing a good job!

I walked 5 days this week. The weekend I didn't walk at all. But it's all good since I was just shooting for 4 days!

And now with the treadmill, I'm hoping to get longer and more strenuous walking workouts!

I'll start the next week challenge tonight.
