Well, I did a good job all week until today. I ate lunch almost 2 hours later than usual, and by the time I ate, I was no longer in control. I did well at dinner tonight, but the only way to make up the calories would be to go to bed hungry, and I won't do that. So I'll just chalk it up to not having my plan in place and move on.
