Wow you gals are awesome.

I've been feeling so guilty lately because I haven't been counting calories or "killing myself" to eat healthy. Instead I've been doing like the rest, eating less and trying to move more. I have been a bit lux in the exercise dept. lately but I plan on getting back on "track" with that. I still do want to incorporate more veggies and fruits of course.
Have any of you heard of Dr. Oz and his way of life? Lots of the same concepts really, just getting rid of the "bad stuff" in your life and eating more "Good Stuff", just wondering your thoughts?
