I never went on any "diet plan" to loose my weight. I eat less food, I move more. I try to reduce foods that I know probably aren't good ideas like fatty fried things, fatty meat, processed things.
really its not brain surgery. Most people know fruits and vegetables and lean protein are good. white bread and mayonaise and fried cheese are bad.
Not thinking of yourself as "on a diet" but rather eating good healthy food changes your outlook. When you eat a "bad" food you don't feel "off the wagon" so much because technically you weren't on the wagon to begin with.
Well it works for me anyway.

I've been feeling so guilty lately because I haven't been counting calories or "killing myself" to eat healthy. Instead I've been doing like the rest, eating less and trying to move more. I have been a bit lux in the exercise dept. lately but I plan on getting back on "track" with that. I still do want to incorporate more veggies and fruits of course.
