So how are all of you ladies doing this week? I am finally back on plan. I'm been a slack for a few MONTHS now (I know...sad) and now I'm back on track. I can't wait to see that scale moving in the right direction again. Any weekend plans or plans for a great week next week?

Thanks for checking in! I still need to get in a groove here and start a journal or something. Diet-wise things are good. I was down a couple more lbs this week.

Busy weekend....had garage sale...busy week, getting ready to leave on a business trip on Sat. in Salt Lake City for 5 days.

Hi fellow Hoosier Ladies!

I'm doing okay. I WILL be doing better, most of the "bad" stuff is out of the apt. So once we got shopping on Friday or whenever, only "Good" stuff.

I am going to deal with my food addiction like an alcoholic does. They can't be around alcohol, I can't be around junk food or fast food. At least until I am able to control it more.

So sending you all to fight off those "Bad Food" Demons!
