Well done!

I am now 2.5 pounds below the stone award (thanks to a certain Frenchman!).

I am trying to be good this week.

No weigh in tonight I ws going to work late - I have already told them I won't be there. However my dopey boss has sent an attachment in the body of the email and I can't get into it! It is on his home computer not the work one. Dopey guy.

Half on. Boohissboo. It's TOM and so far I have put on during this time, so I guess half a pound isn't too bad.
I was so looking forward to the next half a stone sticker! Maybe next week.

Hey well done for all those who lost pounds!!!!

It was Prom night yesterday n no1 would believe how much i ate... I had a three course meal and we got given this massive piece of chocolate.. which i ate no probs! N then after the prom we went round town and it happens every time, i see the burger place n think it'll be a good idea to go get something, i don't think about how i'll feel in the morning!!!

so on top of all of that, i had a veggie burger n chips- YUK!
But for some weird reason unknown to me, i weigh less?! Must be all that dancing i did lol

Phew! I stayed the same as last time (3 weeks ago). I am very happy about that as I have been eating for England again!!

I really must stop being so patriotic!!

It's hard not to be patriotic with all those England games coming up. You go in the shops and it's all huge things of lager, sometimes (shock horror) chilled! Then of course there will be wine and choc on display for the poor ladies who have to suffer the football.

I am amazed at the number of ads that are really not connected to football at all, not even in the eats and drinks dept!

My mum was grouching about it. Now I am no football fan but of course I will be v. pleased if we win!!!! After all, no one is forcing me to watch it!

It is kind of nice to see the St George flying everywhere!

I hate football.

I can't wait for it to all be over.

I'm not normally this grumpy
