Chantal: Good luck! Don't stress or get too impatient or anxious, I really believe that can affect whether you get pregnant. Just relax and let it happen when it happens.
I have heard that numerous times. I guess that's why a lot of women get pregnant on their honeymoon or when they're on vacation, b/c they are not stressed out with other things on their minds. I've also heard that if all you're thinking about while you're trying is about getting pregnant that you most likely won't.
It's amazing how much power our minds have over our bodies.
Having PCOS does make it harder, but not impossible. I really don't think I'd have two out of three of my daughters without that book. Took 18 months to get pregnant with the first, but with #2 I got pregnant on my second cycle of trying (after using the fertility awareness method to avoid pregnancy for six cycles). And stress...I don't doubt stress plays into it. It wasn't until I had given up on getting pregnant that I got pregnant with my eldest.
I've just started to read it and it looks like it's going to help me a great deal. To be honest, I didn't even know where to start, I'm confidant this book is going to be a big source of information for me.
Keep your fingers crossed for me ladies and hopfully I'll have some good news!
Yes well, PCOS right now is causing me not to Ovulate so that is my main problem. But the book is very good and I wish everyone Good Luck who is TTC!
