One of my favorite bands as a power metal band called Sonata Arctica. I'd not been listening to them very much over the last 6 months, but about a week ago I remembered why I was obsessed with them in the beginning. They're awesome! So today I was listening to their song, Victoria's Secret, and I noticed that it really is an inspirational song, especially the chorus. I'll type out the chorus for y'all:

This can apply to so many situations, but it especially hits me as far as weight loss is concerned. It's so true!
