Poor Shelley all by your lonesome here. Of course you know that I haven't given up exercise. It is my addiction. That is part of the reason why I haven't been posting. Keeping track makes me want to do another mile and then another and on and on. Until my heart meds are working a 100% I am not suppose to push it. I have increased my meds 5 times since I started in January. Today was my latest increase so hopefully this will keep my heart rate at a safe heart rate. It has lowered so I know that it is working. Now that I am back in the country and my heart rate isn't at an alarming rate I can work out at the gym and jog.....Yeah! By next week I may start posting here.
Keep up the great work Shelley. You know that I am jealously with you every mile!
Dee-I knew you would come and visit! I'm glad your meds are working somewhat. I am doing the March challenge on the healthwalkers site. I will be so glad when this challenge is over. I wouldn't mind it so much, but I am on a team. The others only have to walk about 1 or 2 miles per day. But my daily average is so high, that I am having to run 7 miles per day to keep it up. There are some days off, so I am banking some of my high mileage days and using them on days I just can't go the 7, like today for instance.
Shelley, as usual, you have done an awesome job! Hopefully things will slow down here and I can start making an effort with my health again. I need to, but just trying to find the time plus to be honest with you, if I sit down just a few minutes, I'm asleep! I wish I could get over the tireds!
GREAT JOB SHELLEY! I will see you next month on the exercise thread for sure!
