Ok Everyone,

Deep breaths, a glass of wine, and 5 minutes of relaxing thoughts.

Feel better,

Okay I am speed reading through the posts. I need to pick up son from school in 15 mins. And daughter is asleep! Grrr. And work in 1 hour.

I did work out for 45 min of weights today and I am hoping to get to gym early for work so I can do 15 min of cardio w/ my best friend.

I am in a wonderful mood! And I am getting addicted to working out. I am actually starting to crave it. I am slacking on my cardio but hopefully I can build that back up too.

I wish I could post more and more often I miss not being here every day.

Has anyone heard from Anita? I know the forum is busy I just havn't seen her on here lately. If your on.... miss ya.

Ta Ta All! I will try to check in tonight.

My abdomen feels a little beaten up and my shoulders are sore. Pilates was great but Yoga is my arch enemy! I wish you could all see how bad it truly is- I almost fell over more times than I could count! The weights and I are becoming fast friends again.

I've been trying to post at lunch and end up getting kicked off. I hope everyone had a great day. Thanks for all the encouragement! I'll get there!

I think you should try everything. When I was going to the gym, I ended up loving Step class. I never would have thought it would be for me. I just started out in the back & learned 1 or 2 steps each time. Took me a while, but in time, I got all the steps down & was able to last through the whole class.
