Is there a weigh in place? I didn't see it. Or do we just go to our user panel and do it there? I stayed the same this week

We usually have a thread going for WI's each week, we dont 'have a weigh place like JC does so if you lose or gain, just go to your UCP and change it in your siggy.

Yeah, I was hoping against hope.

It's all back. Seven pounds. Sunday, today, it's still there.

I started going to the gym to lift weights but seven pounds?!? I've only gone three times!

I did have one beer Thursday night and one again Saturday night.

I'm also due for PMS which is not improving my attitude about this AT ALL.

I'm going to add more cardio, skip the beer and see what next week looks like.

Damn! Damn! Damn!

Skipping the beer sounds like a good plan - beer really bloats you and will almost certainly make you retain water as well...

Try try again, girl... hang in there...

Definately try to get some more cardio in because the weigh lifting you are probably gaining muscle which could be causing the weight gain if you are doing too much too quick

This stinks.

I have plans to get to the gym every night this week. I made myself a promise that I would go a minimum of three times a week until I could fit in my size six wardrobe.

I have one pair of pants that fit. I even need to lose weight to get into my "fat clothes"!

I am almost done with the one cup of coffee I am allowing myself today and then it's water, water, water.

I just feel so miserable.

Don't get discouraged... just keep trying. You have to be kinder to yourself - you are going to make mistakes - we all do. It is in the past - leave it there. Get back OP, stay focused... you CAN do this...

Yes Janet... the closer you are to your goal the harder it is to loose...sometimes your body is slow at this whole weight loss thing and doesn't register a loss right away...keep at it you are doing a great job!!!

When you start an exercise program you will gain a couple of pounds at first but you will lose inches
.
So don't get disappointed. Maybe try to ask Dani about it....
