Default Jello and Cool Whip

YUM!! I've actually done the creamy cool whip sandwhich except I put mine in the freezer and the cool whip becomes hard like ice cream between graham crackers. I had forgotten about it though. I made jello tonight to take to work tomorrow. I'm being good.

I like a can of low sodium tomato juice and some cheese.....keeps my sugar even and fills me up. And the JC site said if you HAVE to~fruit is a better choice than some of the junk we would normally eat.

I was thinking of a slice of sharp cheddar and a piece of pear or apple...that sounds so good right now...

Apples and peanut butter ROCKS! Also..has anyone ever tried freezing grapes? They are delicious, just make sure they are seedless and eat 'em pretty quick once youy get 'em out of the freezer.I freeze them in snack size baggies and my kids can grab a healthy snack out of the freezer anytime they want.I must admit I love 'em too!

I went to the store today and bought some 100 cal soups. You know, the ones that are in the cup. I am exited to try it as a snack. I have always done it as a meal.

Sorry I missed the question about Ak-Mak crackers... I am out of it today! LOL... They are, as Lynn says, whole grain sesame crackers.

Frozen grapes! Like candy! I haven't lately tho because my son is a human vacuum cleaner and the older ones think the freezer is a smorgasbord (sp?)
Crap! Now I'm gonna think about them all day! Going grocery shopping tonight
