If you click on the "more" icon on the smilies they are on the big page, but you can shortcut it by typing : flow1 : only put the colons right next to the flow1.

Just to let everyone know, those icons are not visible to lurkers or spambots, only registered and logged in members can see them. Plus, only members can view your profile page, which also holds your MSN info. It's a little safer

Have fun, and good luck with your support system

Good, I didn't know that. So that's the way to go then, add addresses in the profile and only registered users can see and access them. Makes sense...thanks again for all the help!!

I just found this thread last night when it was late. I was wondering if it is too late to say add me to the list. I have MSN and it would be great to chat with some of you on a daily basis. Just to check in and see how the day went or just to vent and to get some helpful advice of what works for you.
Anyone that wants to add me that is ok with me. Keep up the good work ladies.

:Welcome: Annie Fannie - I couldn't get to your MSN messenger. Please PM me with your login name!! You and I have the same amount of weight to lose. I am at 202 when I started. Lets see how we do!!!
Slimmer Mama - "a chihuahua a cat and 3 hamsters." I think the combined weight is the weight of my one dogs ear!!LOL. Love to see ya here!! I added you to my messenger so don't be surprised if I pop up just to ask what ya ate today...
Heva - How the heck are ya??? Aparently pretty good 13 pounds down. Great job!!! Keep up the great work!! I think this is the biggest site to find losers!! LOL.
Lucky duck - How are you doing?? Everyone needs help and support let us know how you are doing!!!
Donna, baby girl, Ellie, Beatles Fan, Wanda, Losing it - HOw is everyone doing??? Keep up updated.
I have been looking for something easy, quick, with great taste to make for breakfast, lunch, and Dinner. So if anyone has any ideas please let me know. I did try that Quaker Oatmeal Weight Control.(Cinnamon) Now I usually hate instant oatmeal, okay I don't like oatmeat unless it is disquised as a no-bake cookie. But I did like the taste of this. It has 160 Cal. & 3g of fat, 1g of sugar. Something to try if you like oatmeal.
Okay so my good news is I went to the doctor yesterday and all my blood work came back great. Of course they didn't run the thryoid test like they were supposed to so I had to give more blood but all the rest is great!!! So in two weeks I should know how that is. I didn't get to do my exercise yesterday so I did it today!! 55 min of Billy Blanks... Thank you very much. Now the bad news. I had subway for dinner. Now that isn't bad the bad is I had a Diet Coke...... I have been trying sooo hard not to have pop. Actually I haven't had one since Christmas. I went through detox with the headaches and all that. But My husband had one and bought one for work.... I took the one for work. I didn't drink all 20oz so that is something. Anyway sorry this is soooo long but I am trying. And writing everything down helps!! So keep up the good work!!

HEY GUYS!!!...omg, this week has been HECTIC!!! On wed, it was my 3 year wedding anniversary, then work, work, work!!! I havent started my diet yet, because it doesnt start until January 14. I'm doing the National Body Challenge sponsored by Discovery Health Channel. Its great!!! They give you lil video's of exercises to do everyday, and what diet plan you should be on...I think this is really going to work out for me...along with the support of your guys!!!. I kinda started a "pre" diet state. Started to cut out most of my sweets and sugars. But.. I find it hard on really stressful days(like today) I wanted some ice cream soooooooo bad. But what do you know, the store I went into didnt have the brand that I liked. So...I took that as a sign. I did have a handfull of gummie bears though!!! How's everyone else doing??/

Hello everyone, hope you don't mind if I join. I am a 24 yr old stay at home mom of two girls 4 and 2. Although I am going to be looking for a job to pay for school, as I am registered for 3 online classes this spring. I have 2 dogs, Bailey is my 9 month old golden retriever and Jake is my 6 month old Poodle/Rat Terrier cross. Both of them have way too much energy, but are lots of fun.
Taebo is also my workout of choice, and I throw in some light weights on the ball.
My msn info is in my profile, hope to hear from everyone soon.
Great work all and good luck with continued success.
Jen
