I really love my Specialized: Expedition. Most bikes I tried forced me to put all my chest weight on my wrists and with an ample bosom that doesn't work for me. The Expedition was actually desigened to be comfortable for a regular woman's body, whereas most bikes are designed for athletic women. I had to replace the seat and get uber padded shorts though, it left me awful sore.

Default Aloha Tanya?

I think Tanya ditched us. I'm happy to report that I am still making it happen!

Anyway, my bike is just an old three speed, but it does the trick. I've actually been trying to see how long I can go without driving my car. I've been biking for all my groceries lately. It's kind of a good trick because I can only carry so much so it keeps me from buying the stuff that tempts but fattens me (a bag of chips takes up an awful lot of space).

I've got it easy though, I live near town and there are no real hills to and from.

YAY! Glad to hear things are in gear. I was gonna suggest you attach a basket to your bike, but I guess that wouldn't be good if you're trynig to limit what you buy. hehe. Anyway, I've decided to join weight watchers. I'll be attending my first meeting today at noon We'll see how it goes.

Tanya, come back!!!
