Good morning, and a happy Friday the 13th!

Mauv - glad you're back OP. Great feeling, isn't it?

Sherry - although you're probably already on the road, I hope you have a nice vacation!

I did great with resisting the cookies. They aren't frosted yet - that's when the real challenge will present itself, lol. Went to freeze them, and found out my freezer isn't working. Had to throw out all sorts of food! So I'm headed out in a little while for a new one and plan to get an upright this time.

What're your plans for the day?

Jane - Aggghh! I hate when that kind of thing happens! That happened to me once. I also replaced my chest freezer with an upright - it is so much easier to get at everything.

I have such exciting plans for the weekend - purging junk and spring cleaning! Hmm...I can probably count some of that as exercise though

Default Going ok

Things have been going ok. I started back after being away from WW for the last 10 years. Had achieved my lifetime in 1994 after many, many tries to hit goal. 2 out of at least 8 I got to goal. Stayed within goal for about a year after lifettime then started the climb up. Have been as high as 70 lbs over goal and started out 3 weeks ago 50 lbs over. Have lost 14 lbs in 3 weeks so I am happy with my progress so far. I know from past experience that eventually my body will throw a little pout and wreck and decide that I really should be feeding it junk so will try to slow down. I hope to counteract that with some more exercise and positive thinking. ( I refuse to let it get the better of me - If I can't try to form a positive lifestyle change no one can do it for me)

So far this time has been going great, I don't have alot of cravings and have managed to eat out a few times, have had 2 weddings and have managed to stay OP. I am finding this forum and the WW forum a great source of inspiration . It is like having access to a meeting everyday.
Thanks to all of you that are such great support.

Yesterday was a complete write off, a slice of chocolate bavarian, small mean lovers pizza, a bottle of wine and a pint of 3 of Stella Artois at the pub... We were having a girls night out but i'll have to be more concious about my points from now on. If im not then whats the point of it all? I may as well just stay in the unhappy state i am in now and get on with eating junk for the rest of my life...
