Okay.. Have I mentioned that I completely hate PMS?? Remind me next month not to step on the scale when I know its comming.. LOL.. Talk about depressing.. Working so hard and losing a few pounds and then stepping on the scale and seeing it back up.. GRRRR!!!!! Its really depressing.. I mean I know once its over it will be back to normal but geez! Here I am proud to be down to 220 and then step on the scale and I can add 4 or 5 pounds to that! Okay that's my vent.. LOL.. I'm not stepping on the scale for at least a week! LOL.. Ive got a bad habit of stepping on it everyday, I know its not a good thing, believe me! LOL

wahoo!! two miles is great! my weekly accomplishment is doing the stairmaster interval program at a level 10...i can do 30 min @ 9 but wanted to increase. Granted I could only do two sessions of 15minutes but it's a step forward.

Okay, I love Easter, dont get me wrong.. But.. THE EASTER CANDY SUCKS!!!! LMAO!!! Come on!!! This is nuts!!! Just a few days away and Easter candy is everywhere!!! The Reese's Eggs!! The Cadbury Eggs!!! All the good stuff!!! And to top it off.. AF is here.. temptation!!! LMAO!!! The scale cant decide if it wants to be 5 or 6 pounds heavier.. This is just so aggrevating!!!! It really is!!! I think maybe I need to go for a fast this weekend instead of binge on candy that I know is going to be everywhere!!!! Fruit is always better.. But.. Chocolate looks SOOOOOOOOO good!!!! Haha

Thanks everyone!

Beautiful_inside, I know just what you mean about Easter candy! Last year I totally binged on it (I ate an entire chocolate long-eared bunny in one sitting) and felt awful afterwards, but easter candy is one of my favorite things! To make matters worse, I passed some Girl Scouts selling cookies on my way home the other day and my willpower was too weak, so now I have two boxes of cookies! (I am rationing them though, and my bf is eating most of them.) Cadbury eggs are one of my favorite treats, and I doubt I'll get through the season without eating one. I'll probably go to the grocery store next week and buy some (on sale since easter will be over by then!), but I'll try to limit myself!

Beautiful lnside: I hear ya on the PMS thing. I usually will stay away from the scale that week, because I am bloated, and what is the point? Usually everything is back to normal after that week, and that is if I behave and stay away from my carb cravings during PMS.

I"m not a big chocolate freak, so I am not that tempted, but why the heck does my cardio instructor have a big tub of choc candy sitting by her sign in sheet??? She is killing me with that! I will have to bring that to her attention tonight at class....is she trying to tempt us or what?
