Give up wine not a good thought. I am thinking of giving it up for a while though.

I can take or leave alcohol, actually I'd rather leave it and have something fattening instead!

Trying not to devour the entire packet of chocolate biscuits is my goal for the weekend!

I'm the same Nicky i'd sooner not bother going out if i've got to drink pop to me the whole point of going to the pub is to get 'merry' and have a few laughs its just not the same if you're drinking orange juice especially when you see everyone else getting 'merry' and drinking definitely sets me off on an eating binge especially next day! I feel like a bottomless pit after a really good night out

Vasquoy, I think 'dieting' is bad for us because then we subconsciously 'worry' about everything that we put in our mouths and often eat more than we should when we decide to go off the diet for a special event or something we find (well, i do) that food is no longer an obsession and we don't eat as much as we thought we did. I know for a fact that when i'm dieting and I can't have chocolate I want it all the more whereas if I was'nt dieting I would'nt be obsessing about it
Well Done with the weightloss anyway
