Hi. I weighed in on Saturday and now have a starting point. My goal for June is still 5 lbs, even though it' probably out of reach at this point. I can still try though.

My weekend in Germany was a eating disaster, but I'm trying hard to let it pass and get back with the program. Having a campari and soda for lunch today did not help.
