JustMe,
thats great that you are down another lb!! since you are alreay a lifetime member, do you still have to pay for the 6 wks of maintenance, or just until you hit goal? it seems like you have flown back to being at goal, thats so good!
I am feeling better right now- I skipped the gym and went for a walk this am, then one after work, insstead- I figure I need to conserve energy right now, and take care of my overstressed mind and body! It's funny, though, I have about 1 hour of unscheduled time right now, since I got off work early, and I feel totally losyt! There are things I could do, but nothing I have to...its weird!
I think I will get ahead in studying! Good luck with the yoga!

Just Me, good job. Wow it must feel good to be that close. I have also wanted to try yoga I should pick up a video too. I live about 15 miles from the resort we are up in the mountains there is a couple of gas station stores, Elementary school, daycare and churches. Then there are allot of resorts around the lake. It is 30 miles from my house to the nearest small town. My In-Laws live at the resort all year they take a month a year to go on vacation. It really is beautiful here You could look up the resorts page on the internet it is called Kaniksu resort on priest Lake. I haven't looked at it lately I believe it is old though we were working on changing it. There are other sites for the area too. The best time of the year is when we are all too busy to enjoy the lake we rent out sea-doos and lots of stuff like that last year I never even went sea-dooing. I went out on a boat once on the fourth of july to see the fireworks at another resort. I am hoping to do more this year. There are a few hikes I would love to take. And I have always wanted to learn how to water ski. But haven't wanted to until I was in shape for it. Well this is getting long so enough about me. OH yes the food is always there. How do you think I got this size. Well bye for now. Me.

Hello well my weigh in is tonight. It is snowing like crazy here we are really getting dumped on Well I was at the high end of my points at the end of this week I am wondering if you use banked points two days in a row if it affects your weight loss. I was a couple of points over the past couple of nights but had them saved from the first few days of the week. I will let you know how my meeting goes until next time bye.

2Sexy-That is great!!!! You must be working harder than you thought- or your body is just really happy with you lately!! I am just happy to still fit into my clothes- I have not been following the plan at all for the past week, although I have made sure to get some exercise in every day. I did not weigh in this week, thought I would give myself a little break while I am cramming for finals. Got one down, three more to go!
Do the two of you celebrate Easter? I do, but not this year- work all weekend, and study when not at work. Next year, I plan to celebrate, though!
I just wanted to drop by and say hi, let you know I am still around, and see how you are both doing. Are you working hard to get rid of that last .4 lb, JustMe? Let me know how you both are!

Hi you two That is so awsome that you lost 4 more pounds 2Sexy. Sounds like you have been super busy Saskie, good luck with your finals. I have been working hard to get the last .4 off. I really want to try to loose 5 more pounds after I get to goal weight. That way I wont be out of range if I have a slight gain when I am trying to maintain. I do celebrate Easter. My parents live nearby so does my brother and sisters, I will be going there. The yoga tape I got was for beginners but was the second in the series. I felt like it was moving a little fast so I am going to get the first one. I ordered it from a video store. Bye for now

Hi! Saskie, what are you studying? I think you have enough on your mind without having to think about dieting. I know it takes allot to regain the weight after ww. Atleast it did for me and believe me I ate allot.
I too celebrate Easter. We go to my in-laws where we have allot of kids and allot of candy. But I think I have been doing pretty good keeping away from it all but I will have allot of hard boiled eggs.
What on earth will I do with them all? Just Me, I have been thinking about my goal weight and I would really like to get down to altleast 140 but think that 145-150 is more realistic for my WW goal. I maintained at 150 for a while before I started oinking and gained the rest. Well goodnight for now.

2Sexy; If I was you with your goal weight, I would mabey try to get to 140 but if it is to much of a struggle to get there stay at what you think is more realistic. The first time I was loosing with weight watchers I tried to loose that last 5 pounds for 3 months. The leader convinced me that my body wanted to be where it was and even if I did loose that last 5 it would probaby be hard to maintain. Well girls I am a little bummed out because I was up 2 ounces. I know that isn't much but since I only had 4 ounces to go it is frustrating. I had a really good week so I dont know what happened. I am so determined to do this, it just seems to bet taking so much longer this time. You two have a great Easter

JustMe, I am sorry to hear that you gained- especially after you worked so hard! I am sure it will come off soon, though! And you are so close to goal, it won't take long!
I am down to studying for my last 2 finals- an administration class and an educational psychology class. I am feeling kind of unhappy, just because I have been lazy and eating unhealthy for almost a week now. I was exercising every day, until yesterday when I slept in instead...now I have a wedding tonight, and I am wishing that I had not let things slide so much, so I could look and feel my best! I am going to get back on top of thinngs, but I am not very excited to do it! It has been SO nice eating real food, and not getting up early to work out! I guess I need to find a way of doing things that I can live with for the rest of my life, but I just don't have the energy right now.
Have a great Easter!

But I am back on track today. although my meeting is tomorrow and I dont' think I will be down any. But I will go and I will be good all week. My M-in law is going to go with me now. So that is nice. How is your studyig doing Saskie? Well I will let you know the news. Me

I blew it too, I started out with really good intentions and did really well at first. I brought my own dinner rolls so I wouldnt eat biscuits and had ham and turkey on them. but then I had a tiny piece of cake which turned into another tiny piece of cake and it all went downhill from there. I then had some candy and then worked my way to pretzles the last two days have gone well,I have the whole week till weigh in. I really want to be at goal at my next meeting.Good luck with your weigh-ins you two

Hello! Well no loss. But I was worried about gaining and I stayed the same. I took my mother in law today. So that is cool. Now I have someone to do it with here. This week my goal is to exercise every day. So hold me to it. And Low points. Well goodnight.

2Sexy, Thats awesome that you didn't have a gain this week! I missed my meeting again this week- I was on the highway coming home from a final, and they only have meetings 1X a week here. Next week I am making myself go and weigh in, though, because things are out of control TOTALLY. I know I am up 5-10lbs, and my eating is not even just in the normal range, it has gone crazy! Luckily, I only have one final left- Friday. Then we have an out of town wedding on Saturday. My goals for this week are to eat healthy at least today/Thurs/Sun/Mon/Tuesday, and to exercise as much as possible! I am not motivated to go to the gym, so I am trying to walk lots and ride my bike to make up for it! I really need to get back into the program, its almost time to go wedding dress shopping, not to mention summer clothes shopping!
I hope you are both doing better than I have been!!!!
