Here's my update... weighed this morning. Lost 2.5 more lbs since last Wed.
If this keeps up, I may get to lower my V-Day goal weight again.

Dana: Simply copy the list of names/numbers from the last e-mail (Ctrl C), and then paste it into a new reply message (Ctrl V). Add your name and update it periodically with your total loss, but don't forget to update the total at the bottom!

karen, talk about a whoosh!!! congrats!
i won't be weighing again for 2 weeks (TOM) but can't wait to see what happens then. i *hope* i will have met or exceeded my V-day challenge weight.

i can't wait to hit 179 again. i love hitting that milestone - it seems once i'm down that low the rest just gets easy.
