Where'd I go on the list? Adding me back in plus 1 pound down! Ugh! I'm compulsive about the scale, too. Anytime I'm in the upstairs bathroom, I want to strip down and check my weight. For me it's good though. I like knowing what my average "range" is so I don't freak out if it looks a little up at 3:00 in the afternoon.
I know I've been MIA for quite awhile. I hadn't added my name back to the list after the crash as I had picked up a few pounds after Christmas. Anyway I've lost those few plus one more. I'm not sure how much I've lost since this challenge started so I'll only add the one pound that I've lost from my pre-Christmas weight.
I know that it is late in the game, but I think there are 3 more weeks left until V-day. Could I still join in with you all? I really need the incentive right now.
My VERY short term goal would be to shave off about 6 #s, so 177 would be my V-Day goal. Adding myself to the list, I hope I am not be presumptuous.

i'm still doing really good so i'm going to go ahead and lower my goal weight for this challenge to 179.5.

I'm down another 3.5 lbs, so just passed my V-Day goal of 16. Onward to 20!! Hooray!!
I am so grateful for Dr. Atkins, and I'm sure his soul is resting in peace. He did such wonderful things for so many during his lifetime. This way of eating is just perfect for me.
i think we started it in dec sometime but don't remember the date... i thought it started while the jan 1 challenge was still in full swing 'cause it was too late for me to join it and get much out of it. maybe around dec 18th or something?
Ok. I'm gonna add me to this challenge. I'll say I can lose 5 pounds before Valentine's day (Ok....change that to HOPE I can!!). So that means my weight would be 154. Wow that looks like a nice number right now
Well, I broke my "plateau" a few weeks ago and dropped that 5.5 lbs, and have been doing the back & forth, up & down thing since, FINALLY settled back at the lowest weight now... :S At this point I doubt that I will make my V-Day goal, even though it's 'only' another 9 pounds...I so hate getting "stuck"...TRYING to get it off, but things just aren't cooperating with my efforts! Anyhow, I AM trying, y'all bear with me, as I bear with MYSELF! HOPEFULLY I will start back on the losing trend SOON!
I'm having a meltdown....a FAT meldown!!!! Met my goal of 183 (-15) this morning, so now I'm going to bump it up and try to lose another 4 pounds before the chocolate hearts surface! Wish me luck!
