My dosages have varied from .150 to .233 mg per day depending on my weight, with less thryroxin needed at lighter weights (more at heavier weights). I also have Hashimoto's by the way.

I use Levoxyl (T4) and there is a label that states to not take any calcium (vitamins, tums, etc...) for 4 hours after the Rx. That said, I take my supplements right after dinner.

I am on synthroid. When I wasin P1 I would take my thyroid meds as soon as I woke up at 5:45. I took the supplements at the recommended times except for the two snack time cal mags that I took at bedtime instead since snack always felt too close to the dinner ones. I believe in the morning it was potassium and a multi? I do know you can't take the potassium at the same time as the others.

No - about 90% of IP products are soy based.

I have been hypothyroid since 2002. In 2012/2013 I lost 135 pounds on IP. My doctor ran blood work every month and I never had to adjust my medication levels.
