Some protein powders/drinks may be too, high in protein to match IP.

This little chart is what I have been looking for THANK YOU SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH!!! You are a sweetie!

The mall will have its side walk sale in a few weeks and there are a few stores that put out stuff like Quest bars on the cheap so armed with power I can buy accordingly

See the chart in posts on both sides of your post.

Thanx all!

I'm checking out that Nashua Nutrition website now, and plan on ordering a couple of things from there the next time I get paid. I compared those items to IP's and they are actually better in nutritional info and are way cheaper. Can't wait to get them and try them out!

I plan on using Dymatize Elite 100% Whey Protein. Mixes well, low carb (130cal, 25g pro, 2-3g carb per scoop), doesn't mess with my GI tract! My boyfriend uses it for his own supplementation, seems to make sense. Affordable too.

Well, so much for switching shakes... I tried the Premier Protein chocolate shakes and bought a bunch of them because they were on sale at Stop and Shop for $5.99 (reg. $8.49) for a 4 pack. They are really good, but will have to switch back to the EAS AdvanEDGE carb ones because they have no milk in them. The Premier Protein ones have lactose in them, and I'm Lactose Intolerant, so it's had a bad affect on me Bummer...
