Thank you for the support everyone! I finally moved my ticker today, haven't done that in a loooooong time. Feels good.

For those who have said that I'm overdoing it on exercise - I'm not actually, there is nothing high impact in my routine yet, due to my injury I'm really limited in how long and how far I can go with walking/cycling/etc. The bodyweight exercises that I do are specifically prescribed to me by my physical therapist. They're not easy for me to do but they are not taxing on my body as they use a small range of motion. I try to be as active as I can within my limitations, so my calorie burn is not as astronomical as my OP might make it sound it is.
