Red face I'm a new user looking for a little support through my journey to weight loss
I have struggled with my weight for many years now and I would love to be healthy for once in my life. I have to hold myself accountable and start this journey now! I've joined 3 fat chicks on a diet to find a little extra support and give support to my best ability. Thank you for reading guys(=

Welcome Kara and good luck! Jump in on the forum wherever you feel. Lots of good insight here.

Also, for me it helps to have local support. Maybe check meetup or find a buddy for the gym.

Thank you, P. I definitely plan on using the support I can find here to my advantage! The apartment where I live has a gym and I do plan on incorporating a steady workout schedule into my daily routine--even if I am going at it alone at first. =)

I'm already seeing that this site is going to be an awesome outlet of expression and support <3 Having support is vital when losing weight and I already feel much more positive about this journey--much more confident than I have in the past. Your support is, greatly, appreciated =) I can see that you are a determined soul just by looking over your blog (which I love, btw <3). I am taking everything one step at a time but I am going to take my weight loss process much more seriously this time around--now is the time !
