For myself I placed myself on the back burner for family,work,whatever...I finally added my name to my to do list ...because I should have not played the Martyer..and I should have activity participated in things that truly interested me without feeling guilty for taking time for myself.
Really believe placing myself at the bottom of the list help contribute to my weight gain....I was not holding myself accountable ....because I was always busy doing for everyone else ...why can't I treat myself with food and oh...the mindless eating and not even paying attention what I was eating...and always getting sick ...and catching things so on meds ,steroids ...and the list goes on.

ead is in the game ...that is the key to get your house sorta speak in order.
